High-Chief “Aare” Oluwasegun Oyedijo delivered a presentation on behalf of Nigeria at the Seminar on Capacity Enhancement in Investment Attraction for BRI Countries, organized by the International Economic Cooperation Center of Fujian Province.
The seminar, which brought together delegates from several Belt & Road partner countries to study China’s approaches to investment attraction and industrial cooperation, featured lectures, field visits and practical workshops aimed at enhancing participants’ ability to attract sustainable foreign direct investment. High-Chief Oyedijo’s presentation focused on Nigerian investment opportunities in industrial investment and socio-economic development highlighting Nigeria’s [policy reforms/incentives/priority sectors] and potential areas for China-Nigeria collaboration.
“I am honoured to present Nigeria’s investment case to colleagues and partners in China ” said High-Chief Oyedijo. “We welcome partnerships that drive industrialisation, job creation and technology transfer.”
The seminar was hosted by the International Economic Cooperation Center of Fujian Province and attended by delegates from Egypt, Guyana, Namibia, Uzbekistan, South Africa and other BRI partner countries.
